Apple Filling:

* 2 apples, diced (~2 cups)
* ¼ cup sugar
* 1 tsp cinnamon
* ¼ tsp nutmeg (optional)
Optional Glaze:
* 1 cup powdered sugar
* 2–3 tbsp milk

Instructions

1. Prep Apples: Mix diced apples with sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Let sit 10 min.
