Ingredients

  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced into half-moons
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil, plus more for brushing
  • Kosher salt
  • 4 oz. sliced pepperoni
  • 12 pepperoncini, thinly sliced
  • All-purpose flour, for dusting
  • 1 lb. refrigerated pizza dough, halved, at room temp
  • 8 slices provolone cheese, divided
  • Honey, for drizzling

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, toss onion with 2 tablespoons oil and
    1/4 teaspoon salt. Add pepperoni and pepperoncini
    and toss to combine.
  2. On a lightly floured surface, shape each piece of dough
    to the size of the insert in the bottom of the air fryer basket.
  3. Remove the air fryer insert and brush with oil. Place 1
    piece of pizza dough on top and return the insert to
    the basket. Return basket to air fryer and heat air fryer to
    400°F (pizza dough will begin to cook as it heats).
  4. Once the air fryer reaches 400°F, air-fry for 3 minutes Using
    tongs, flip and air-fry 2 minutes more.
  5. Top pizza with 4 slices provolone and half of
    pepperoni mixture. Air-fry until the crust is golden brown
